To familiarize myself with the software and try it out, I downloaded the go1984 software. Setting it up with our old cameras presented some challenges. I contacted support about this and received an immediate response, including a TeamViewer login and online assistance. Support configured everything and explained my error. There's also a very good user manual. I'm very satisfied. I'll be thoroughly testing the software over the next few days. Many thanks to the Logiware team.

This company provides the best service imaginable! The image quality of the IPC2101A camera couldn't be better, day or night! I've tested several cameras, but the software and accompanying IP camera from logiware GmbH surpass all previous brands! Because of their excellent customer service and quality, I will definitely remain with this company. Furthermore, they are based in Germany, which is a double win for me. With seven go1984 installations in use and cameras at eleven locations, there are occasional problems. Camera performance, network or PC hardware are sometimes the limiting factor. However, Logiware Support has always been able to provide a solution up to this point. good partner

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this product. We used the trial version to evaluate the software. We encountered problems that we wanted resolved before purchasing. Unfortunately, support didn't respond at all, even after multiple email inquiries.

We then switched to BlueIris and saved several hundred euros.

There's definitely room for improvement. It's a shame, because otherwise the software seemed fine.

Update July 2022:

Out of the blue, I received a contact from a law firm (via Google) demanding the removal of my review. Only after I responded to this unjustified deletion request did Logiware reply to my review. Keep in mind, this was after five years.

@Logiware: You still haven't grasped the concept...
