Security and vulnerability reports
The security of our software is a high priority for us. On this page we publish security advisories for our products and explain how you can report a possible vulnerability to us.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you have found a security vulnerability in one of our products, please write to us at security@logiware.de. Please include: the affected product and version, a description of the problem, the steps needed to reproduce it, and your contact details for follow-up questions.
What you can expect from us
- We confirm receipt of your report within three working days.
- You will receive an initial assessment within ten working days.
- We will keep you informed about further progress until the case is closed.
- On request, we will credit you as the finder in the publication.
What we ask of you
Please give us the opportunity to fix the vulnerability before you publish any details. Do not access data belonging to others and do not modify third-party systems. Test only on installations that you are authorised to use.
