The go1984 Web Client has been redesigned from the ground up — faster, cleaner, and with significantly more flexibility. A new view designer, user-specific settings, and built-in sharing functions make everyday work more convenient, whether you’re on desktop or mobile.

Recordings Overview

Your entire day at a glance, laid out on a single page. Scene thumbnails and instant quick previews on mouse hover let you find the recordings you need in seconds. Export single frames as JPEG or sequences as AVI.

View Designer

Build custom camera views with a full-featured editor: choose from ready-made templates or position your cameras freely via drag and drop. Each camera offers four scaling modes, and grids and guidelines ensure pixel-perfect placement. Saved views can be loaded at any time or cycled through automatically.

View Settings

Every view can be configured individually. Motion mode retrieves images only when movement is detected, saving bandwidth, and motion highlights can be controlled separately for live images and recordings. You can also set the display duration for view cycling, enable recording previews on mouseover, and choose a custom background — either a color or an image — for each view.

User Settings

Your personal preferences are stored per user on the go1984 server and travel with you to every device. Show or hide camera names and recording icons as needed, have the client remember the last page you visited, and toggle motion highlights globally for live images and recordings. For the View Designer, you can configure grid size, snap distance, and alignment guides. Optionally, you can start directly with automatic login and a preferred view.

Light & Dark Theme

A light theme for daytime, a dark theme for night. Adapt the interface to the time of day, your environment, or simply your personal preference — switching takes a single click.

Share Images & Videos — on Desktop and Mobile

Pass on snapshots and video clips directly from the Web Client — as a JPEG or AVI download, or via the native share dialog on iOS and Android. Recordings reach email, WhatsApp, Telegram, AirDrop, or any other app in seconds, straight from the live view or the recording browser.
